Allison Casto
As a student at the University of Alabama, Allison came to The Amandas as a Marketing/PR intern for the summer. What she thought would be a short 2 month learning experience, turned into a full time job and adventure. After graduating with a degree in business administration, Allison moved to Birmingham to help manage the marketing and business operations for the Birmingham and New Orleans locations. Although she did not consider herself an organizer by nature, she has been transformed into one and developed a love for organization. Her easy going, goofy personality is a breath of fresh air in an often stressful environment.

Erin Schmidt

Caroline Roberts
Caroline, our newest addition to The Amandas, graduated from Auburn University in 2013 with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and a minor in Business. After graduation, she became a manager for a department store in Atlanta, where organization and creativity was necessary to be successful. Caroline discovered how much she enjoyed being organized and finding solutions for any problem that arose. Upon learning about the Amandas and having an interest in moving to Birmingham, Caroline quickly realized it would be a perfect fit. Caroline is so happy to be an Amanda and loves seeing the excitement on clients faces upon finishing a project.
